Today's class is done entirely while standing up. This class is perfect for you if you want to work on your balance, challenge your body in a new way, or if you have been sitting all day at a desk and really want to get up and move. Like always, No equipment is needed for this class but you are welcome to add hand and/or ankle weights for an added challenge.
