Archer is arrested by the klingons and put on trial, with the lead witness being an ancestor of Duras.  But in this court, the guilty verdict has already been decided and Archer's lawyer has to be reminded of what real honor looks like, even amongst the Klingons.  

If you're watching with us, the next episode will be the season 2 finale, "The Expanse."  This is not a cliffhanger episode leading to Season 3.
