The Live Long and Podcast crew revisits Season 3, Episode 23 of Star Trek: The Next Generation, "Sarek" (1990), as part of their ongoing rewatch series. Sarek, the father of Spock and one of the Federation's most revered ambassadors, boards the Enterprise for what may be his final diplomatic mission. In the end, only a mind meld with Captain Picard can help Sarek complete his duty, at a tremendous cost to them both.
