This week on New Release … padawans Ashley, Derrick, and Drew react to one of the most influential films of all time as if they’ve never seen it before. The Force is NOT strong with these ones. However, we do our damndest to capture how exciting it must’ve been to see George Lucas’ space opus in theaters 45 years ago. The immense world building and cutting edge special effects combined with so many zany characters makes for a once-in-a-generation moviegoing experience. To be honest, we have no idea what else there is to say about a movie and franchise that has been discussed and debated—to death.
