How this podcast works:

There are three permanent hosts for each episode, Adam (Smash Ads), Alice and Miguel (Middleman). There are also two other guests who are selected at random from a list of possible guests for the episode. However, the same people can't appear in any other podcast episode until all of the guests have been gone through.
