This past year has been difficult for many people, you may feel overwhelmed with all that is going on in your life (and in the world), and perhaps wonder if you can make the kind of impact that you want to make. Over the next seven days, we want to lock arms with you on a simple challenge that will leave you feeling lighter, less burdened, and more empowered in making a difference.

I have done this challenge several times, and it only takes 15-30 minutes a day. I will walk you through one simple thing you can do every day this next week to jumpstart your sustainable efforts and learn a few fun new habits!

This challenge will give you great ideas on simple ways to save energy and money, how to eat more sustainably, and even fun tips for teaching your kids about living more eco-friendly. Our hope is to show you that you too can “start small” and that these simple steps will not only make a big impact in our world but will also leave you feeling freer.
