Start small, think big - Živilė Fornari founder of DYGO Studio

Listen Later

Entrepreneurship | Leadership | Female founder | Femfounder | Beauty care | Sustainability

Živilė is the creative mind behind the beauty brand DYGO Studio, launched in the summer of 2018. Živilė launched her venture out of personal curiosity, supported by active environmental observations. What started as a potential hobby, ended up blossoming into an active company, selling out workshops, expanding beauty/personal care, growing entrepreneurial brand, sporting +1k followers on Instagram, nearly 1k followers on Facebook, an impressive 4,4 evaluation on Trustpilot.

While Živilė is more of an artist behind the brand, she has taken on the role of the founder and manages the company with employees, resources, strategies on a smaller scale, and time and time again has proven that persistence, resilience, determination and belief in your idea can render progressive results, grow your company and set out to expand into greater opportunities, with the main precedent of patience.

DISCLAIMER!

The episode was recorded in the summer of 2021, which means the factual information mentioned has been updated since.

On a more technical note, most of my interviews are on the go, which means I have the very limited ability to minimize disruptions and background noises.

Also, I’d like to mention that English is my second language, however, I am attempting to express myself to my best ability and hope you’ll empathize with the little mistakes, such as misspelling, mispronunciation, stammering among others.

Furthermore, the goal of the podcast is to initiate a general conversation within the field of entrepreneurship, which means I will present my own biases, agree and disagree with the guest during a discussion, and it also means that whatever I say is an exploration of my personal opinion, and I invite you to form your own.

Finally, I am on track learning how to create the best episode I can, which means trial and error, and I’d ask for compassion on how unpolished certain aspects of the episode can be.
