Farm is a sustainable, electricity-independent farm that utilizes solar energy and promotes proper waste management through vermicast production, integrating biowaste utilization by using manure from RTL chickens as a nutrient source for African Night Crawlers in the vermicasting process to enhance soil fertility for its vegetable farm; and whereas this integrated system increases crop yield while producing high-quality eggs, vermicast, and vegetables for the local market, I.G.A. Farm remains committed to affordability and accessibility by providing fresh, healthy, and nutrient-rich products to MInSU students, variety stores, and local farmers.
