In our last interview with Jericho, he exemplified a number of qualities that we think can help everyone be successful in their apostolates. Jericho started with the end in mind and understood from the beginning that he wanted to help people become disciple-makers. At the same, he understood that some people are just getting started and helping them establish a meaningful relationship with Jesus is the important first step.

Jericho also operated with what we call an expectant spirit, that way of remembering that God has a plan for our life and for others too. God invites us into that plan and asks us to participate with him in the work of saving the world. When we remember that God has something for us to do each day, we live differently and allow him to work through us.
