Erika Harvey teaches the secrets to building sustainable and profitable businesses. She’s the Managing Director of an innovation consultancy, InVenture in Mount Maunganui, New Zealand, and partner of a Longline Fishing Company (RED Line Fishing). There were so many gems in my conversation with Erika. From hearing about losing her voice due to cancer, and the quick pivot she made from singing to business as a result, her bullying experience at a large corporate, and her serial optimism that shines through.
