The Apostle Peter says that husbands are dwell with their wife with understanding, and respect as partners in Christ. He also instructs wives to be honoring and walk in submissive behavior towards their husbands leadership, much like Sarah did with Abraham. Now was Sarah perfect? No, but at the end of the day despite her marital struggles, she submitted to Abraham's calling, and at times God used her to help Abraham make the right decisions for the family.
