Lexi Cuillard is the founder and current CEO of KAXI CO — a woman owned and woman run hair accessory company. KAXI aims to design trendy, unique, mature, and functional hair accessories while always maintaining hair health. 

At the age of 21 Lexi started sewing hair accessories in her home, and turned it from a side hustle into a successful growing business in just 3 short years. With a growing business and the birth of her first baby, Lexi is bouncing between large wholesale account meetings, designing products with manufacturers, running a team of women, and figuring out how to be a mom! 

KAXI not only sells directly to consumers, but also focuses heavily on wholesale accounts. They can be found in hundreds of salons, and boutiques across the country as well as Free People with their KAXI x Free People Designs online + in stores worldwide.
