Our hosts sit down with Zahra Tabatabai, founder of Back Home Beer. Zahra was born to Iranian immigrants who relocated to the United States during the revolution. Upon hearing stories of her Grandfather brewing beer and fermenting wine in his cellar in Shiraz, Iran Zahra decided to continue his legacy by starting a brewery. Back Home Beer uses ingredients that are distinctive to the region they represent.
