Diana Dibble received a call that she had two brain tumors. Some people might shut down after receiving a diagnosis like this, but for Diana, it was the catalyst that led her to start her business. She came out of surgery saying "Something good has to come of this." During this life change, she realized that people don't plan for the "what if's" of life. Now, she helps others plan for the "what if's" of their lives and businesses.

Diana Dibble is the CEO of Tripod Coaching & Consulting LLC, which opened in 2022 to provide business operations coaching and consulting services, and support businesses with Planning for the “What If” TM. She is also the President/Co-Founder of Design To Delivery Inc, an award-winning government contracting firm founded in 2001. Diana is a brain tumor survivor. She shares her story to bring awareness, and to fundraise for various associations and clinical trials. She regularly speaks on business topics, and is a top 3 finalist for the 2022 NAWBO Woman Business Owner of the Year award.
