If you are looking to start a PBN, your own real network, or need a copy of your website, you can use Wayback Machine.  I tried this with one of my old websites and it does work exactly how they say it will but it may not be how you want it to.  The Wayback Machine could have its uses but I wouldn't use it if your main goal is to start a PBN.
