She comes from Pune in India and is an impressive entrepreneur that started a restaurant business with her brother after university. She walks us through her business for good philosophy, which is influenced by her faith, Zoroastrianism. We learn about her experiences starting up her business from managing employees to decisions of quality of ingredients and price.
