Denise Christenson Rae joins Sarah to talk about how an academic overachiever learned that creativity and play are just as important as being responsible and getting good grades. She carried her creativity through adulthood while learning how to use retreats for a much needed reset, even if it’s only a 10-minute break squeezed in between a full-time job, husband, and raising four kids.

Denise has launched the Creative Calm Studio and Creative Calm Mastermind under the Christenson Rae brand, and holds in-person and virtual retreats to teach caretakers how to take time for creativity, rest, and play.
