In March 2020, Leonie Emdadian and her family were forced to close their restaurant ‘The Italian Connection’. Leonie didn’t rest. Instead, she set up her own food business - From Italy With Love - delivering at-home takeaway boxes. This idea morphed into ‘Glowberry’, her new project, which she will be opening in Brown Thomas soon. Leonie discusses her 18-hour workdays and how she has built a business from the ground up over the past year.
