Starting Again and again and again...

Listen Later

Have you ever said to yourself, “Here I go AGAIN!” Or, asked yourself, “How many times must I start over again?” Today’s guest describes her “Starting Over” as really “Starting Again and again and again” journey.

Christine Bannister’s journey to excellence has been fueled by challenges. After a rough divorce, single parenting and working in the 911 environment where traumatic events were commonplace, and a subsequent run-in with PTSD; she solidified her calling to bravely meet people in their chaos.

Her busy life can create a busy mindset, so she begins by sharing how she prepares her day to stay focused for the unknown busyness ahead of her.

STARTING AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN

Christine doesn’t waste any time digging deep as she shares how starting over can be a decision one day, and a new journey the next. It can also be a marathon of small little steps, like just doing the next right thing today, because it's all you can do. She feels blessed to have all of those starting overs in her life. In her early 20’s, she had a great career and ended up meeting a man, getting married and having two children. Unfortunately, there were a lot of challenges that ravaged her marriage, and it quickly came to an end. So in that space of not only starting over as a married woman, and a mother, she then subsequently had to start over as a single mom, and a divorced woman. And just dealt with a lot of challenges and emotions in that space.

GROW, LEARN and EVOLVE

Christine changed and grew as her life became very different than it was. She found herself in the space of starting over again, a beautiful new season, as she puts it. Starting over as a family, a new business and about to launch her Courage life coaching business, “Christine Jean Coaching.” She shares how God is opening doors and using her to speak truth and life into people.

Not only are new opportunities coming forward for her business, but after not dating for a very long time, she is now in her 40’s and starting over with love, and trying to figure that out again.

She balances life by prioritizing her faith, single parenting her two teenagers- Chloe and Eagan, spending time in her garden, and building a life and an empire with her partner, Aaron.
