So often we tell ourselves we can't start until...

We can't start until we lose the weight We can't start until we have the perfect job We can't start until I'm a millionaire, or have the perfect relationship, or my podcast reaches a million downloads an episode...

The issue is we're afraid of failure, judgement, we don't think we're good enough. But....the truth is...you are more than good enough, you are more than ready...you just have to start.
