Mous was founded by Will Mullen, James Griffith, Lucy Hutchinson and James Day in 2014 and after an award-winning and record-breaking crowdfunding campaign, their Limitless iPhone case was launched in 2017. It raised a total of $2.5m.
The company has enjoyed huge growth since then and now employs over 70 people at their bases in the UK and China.
Alex joined the company in 2019 and has played a key role in that growth. In this episode, she gives details and insight into how she built an entire talent management department from scratch.
She is also a huge advocate for positive mental health in the workplace and explains how she promotes this at Mous, just as she does in her personal life.
