We officially released season one of the podcast on March 17th 2020, but began recording episodes in December 2019. Its safe to say a lot has happened this past year so we decided to kick off season two, talking about it all! Kat talks about switching to an online farmers market, continuing the online option, and then transitioning to opening a brick and mortar in downtown Saint George, as well as some behind the scenes details about what goes into to making the store happen. We also talk about MoFACo starting an incubator/community farm space and what is happening with that!
