Just starting your journey in real estate? Good. If you have the capital to acquire deals, you can find people who have experience in your real estate space and leverage that or if you are starting with 0 you need to add tremendous value to those people and put in the work hours, it doesn't have a baby steps, but some steps just can't be missed.
