In this episode, I'm sharing my beautiful experience reconnecting w/ my Big Mama, who is in the ancestor realm. I really wanted to share this because it's so very important for those of us who are of African decent to understand that connecting to, speaking with, praying to our ancestors was a big part of our Spirituality.

I will tell you that this episode is long. And I go into detail that may or may not be important to you but I felt it was necessary for me to give these details for you to understand how I got to this point in my journey.
