With so much info coming at us each day it is already so easy to get overwhelmed and want to shut down before you even start. So it's no wonder when we set these big goals for ourselves it is very easy for us to get overwhelmed and shut down. Our brains are not able to process all the info at once. We need to start breaking it down, even to the minute, to the sentence, to the little task. Break it down till it is manageable without stress. Life is not a race, it's a journey that is meant to be enjoyed and help you evolve. If you keep shutting down because you don't make it simple enough for yourself you are never going to progress. Give yourself a fighting chance, set yourself up for success, start small but most importantly start!
