David Richman is an entrepreneur, author, public speaker, athlete, and philanthropist. He is sharing his lessons learned, having been a sedentary, overweight smoker. David knew that he needed to focus not on what others wanted out of him but on what he wanted out of life. And how he became a writer and wrote his first two books.
