As we continue our new series “Starting the Year Strong,” Pastor Joy shared a meaningful message titled “Discovering the Will of God,” based on 1 Samuel 3:1–10. Through the story of young Samuel, we are reminded that hearing God’s voice begins with a heart that is willing and attentive. Pastor Joy outlined three key ways to know the will of God: consecration, setting ourselves apart for Him; clarification, learning to discern His voice clearly; and confirmation, allowing God to affirm His direction through His Word and His ways. This message encourages us to begin the year with sensitivity to God’s leading and a readiness to say, “Speak, Lord, for Your servant is listening.”
