Today I had the pleasure of speaking with the Entrepreneur, and Founder and CEO of The Self Love Organization, Denise "Liv" Francis. Liv Started the Self Love Organization in 2017 to bridge the gap between Self Love & Mental Health for women of color.

Self Love is a skill; if master it could be the missing preventative measure to fight common mental health issues in women of color.
