This week we decided to change the rules a little! As we are running a special edition of our Startup Programs dedicated to "Women Entrepreneurs", we did a special podcast episode too... Hence, Rowena Jones, Technical Writer at Scaleway met and interviewed Caroline Ramade, CEO of 50inTech.

As there are less and less women willing to work in the tech industry, Caroline launched it's own startup in order to help end the gender gap; 50inTech is the first gender diversity tech recruiting platform in all of Europe and was made to matchmake recruiters and job seekers with the same ideals.
