Scott is a passionate entrepreneur who changed vocations from sales in the automotive industry to operating Jiu-Jitsu schools. He's now a black belt, and has two schools in two cities with over 100 students. Scott continues to show the characteristics of a self-starter; that is, to practice the discipline needed to succeed.
