Meet Olga de la Torre Guzman, who has been working in various positions in education for almost 19 years. She has taught in two countries: Mexico and the United States. She held several leadership positions in Mexico, such as Director of Academic Services in EGADE Business School of Tecnologico de Monterrey and Coordinator of International Commerce Program and Language and Public Relations Program of La Salle University Victoria. She specializes in teaching bilingual students at various levels, such as graduate, undergraduate, high school, middle school, and elementary. Her involvement with science started in 2017 when she started in Mount Pleasant ISD. Since then, she has been teaching dual language fifth-grade bilingual students in addition to students who are native-English speakers. She makes sure that science is taught in a very hands-on, engaging, and fun way.

Jennifer Meyer is the Elementary Science Coordinator for Leander ISD and 2022–2023 Past President of the Science Teachers Association of Texas. This is her 28th year in education. Jennifer is passionate about providing all students with science experiences and opportunities that foster inquiry, critical thinking, and wonder about our world.
