It’s now official – Utahns will vote on a proposed constitutional amendment in November. The proposal would clarify and modify the citizen ballot initiative process. We’ve gone over the nuts and bolts of the proposal; now it’s time to hear from both sides. Utah State Representative Jordan Teuscher (R-Salt Lake County) provides the support for the changes; Utah State Representative Rosemary Lesser (D-Weber County) gives us the opposition’s view on the amendment and the entire special session process.
