The conference focused on what the mortgage and capital market participants can expect next and what they might need to do if litigation occurs. This podcast features Dan Murray’s presentation.
Dan is a partner in Pepper Hamilton’s Princeton office and concentrates his practice on mortgage banking, consumer finance, banking and general corporate law. In his presentation, Dan focused on secondary market implications and likely litigation and other controversies for loan modifications under the American Securitization Forum and Treasury Plan.
