Political Affairs Team member, Julianna Stroemple’s held a Battle of the Bands event for her fundraising. The event raised $472 for the Borgen Project. Julianna was also able to talk to the audience about foreign assistance and what we can do to help the world’s poorf at the beginning, middle, and end of the show.

Nicholas Killen spent several hours cleaning out his parent’s basement in exchange for a donation

Tobias Holme and Emily Dotson held a concert fundraiser. They raised $600 from the event, had 120 paying attendees. They had two different University of Denver newspapers attend the event and post articles discussing The Borgen Project and putting links to email/donate in the articles!
