In this second half of the State of the Union speech Biden speaks on some very real and touching concerns. We here plans for drug control as the fentanyl epidemic ensues. We hear about plans to help our struggling veterans, as well as children who are battling cancer.  Biden also puts forward plans for police brutality and so much more. This second half of the State of the Union speech was eye opening to say the least.
