The Western Equipment Dealers Association conducted an invitation-only survey of key CEOs, shareholders, and senior managers to learn more about the state of workforce development. The intent was to find how deep the talent pool was with future managers and what the needs were and what challenges dealers faced in this important area. In this three-part series of podcasts, we review the results of the survey and share the short-term, long-term, and skill development needs that are top of mind in the industry.
