After two days of meetings, including hours of testimony from residents, soil scientists, hydrologists, engineers, and former employees of the DEQ itself, it's with extreme sadness that we must report on the passage of 401 certification for the Mountain Valley Pipeline.

The people we've met over the last three years are strong. They are not going anywhere, and neither are we.
