Fasting Suggestion: Fast from complacency. Continue good habits of daily prayer, reading scripture, partaking in the sacrament of mass and reconciliation, and doing acts of mercy of kindness.

Almsgiving Suggestion: Commit to performing an act of kindness every day as an offering to Jesus.
