Key Verse: Mark 13:35-37

35 Therefore stay awake—for you do not know when the master of the house will come, in the evening, or at midnight, or when the rooster crows,[c] or in the morning— 36 lest he come suddenly and find you asleep. 37 And what I say to you I say to all: Stay awake.

Main Points

• We don’t know when Jesus will come back so we must be ready at all times. Our lives should be focused on staying faithful to Jesus until that day and helping others prepare for that day. Jesus promises eternal life for those who stay ready and faithful even in the midst of hard times.
