Getting restful sleep: at least 7.5 hours of sleep (track it)
Drinking water: at least 100 oz. per day (girl, actually TRACK it don’t just aimlessly plug a water bottle around all day)
Walk: 7k steps/ three 10-15min walks DAILY (track it)
*what gets measured gets managed*
If you can do these DAILY, you’re going to win.
These are the foundation of your wellness, truly.
If you have these down, anything else you add to your plate is going to work much smoother than if this foundation doesn’t exist.
