Stay In Your Lane! Part 3

Hebrews 12:1-2

Therefore, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us also lay aside every weight, and sin which clings so closely, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, looking to Jesus, the founder and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is seated at the right hand of the throne of God.

Fear is the killer of dreams. - stops you from running your race.

2 Timothy 1:7

for God gave us a spirit not of fear but of power and love and self-control.

John 15:9-10

As the Father has loved me, so have I loved you. Abide in my love. If you keep my commandments, you will abide in my love, just as I have kept my Father's commandments and abide in his love.

As we abide in His love, we can run our race just as Jesus did

1 John 4:18

There is no fear in love, but perfect love casts out fear. For fear has to do with punishment, and whoever fears has not been perfected in love.

Don’t try to work on your fear - instead focus on being in His love!

Big Idea:

When you stay in His love, you stay in your lane.

When you walk in His Love, You don’t have time for fear
