I cannot believe 2 and a half weeks have flew by so damn fast. 2024, you're such a blessing but, slow down. :')

On a serious note, I do apologize once again for the lag, but I am pretty damn proud of how open I'm being and reminding yall of what has kept me in peace, which is to stay present. Life has been lifin' and it's been overwhelming for ya girl. However, staying present and reminding myself to stay grounded, to follow peace, to keep on praying, that is what has been necessary.

I hope that this episode gives you a glimmer of hope and reminds you to give yourself grace. Let go and Let God.
