The Mycelium Tappers

Stay Safe. You are love. 3.08.25

Listen Later

I did say 2024 for the year, so…I guess this was time travel hehehehe.

A guide to awakening others (within or without):

* let them know that you hear them, feel them, or see them. every soul just wants to be understood on some level. this is universal.

* show them what safety feels like, when they are ready. depending on the depth of their hurts, the timing may vary. hold their left hand with your right (in astral or physical) and let them know that this feeling of safety will never leave them again. safety, to me, feels like a gentle and expansive warmth in my heartspace. this is an infinite gift that costs nothing to give or receive.

* listen, affirm, gently correct course if needed. set boundaries if needed. know that you don’t owe anyone anything, except yourself, but that it is also helpful to be present with folkx of all kinds and paths as they awaken.

* remember that once the wheel is in motion, they will never fall back into the old patterns again. they just have to remember the feeling of safety within them, and will remember fully and wholly who they are, and who they are meant to be, in time. all good things just take time to ripen.

* give tools as needed. we are not taught how to heal, listen, or find our true path in this lifetime. so it is never our fault, or morally right to blame or punish others, for not having these tools inherently. some helpful tools for beginners are…

* meditation (to learn to sit with feelings and discomfort and understand that everything human is inherently safe to experience)

* tarot or any form of divination (to encourage communication and discussion through conflict). I often hand folkx a tarot deck in the astral when I first meet them, specifically to their shadow, so that the work can begin as soon as their conscious self is ready and open to listen.

* breathwork (to gently balance the elements within us all). something my deities tell me often, is that the breath controls the fire and therefore the passion, and motivation, within us all. learning to steady the breath when needed allows us to sit with discomfort more fully, as well as shift with our natural changes and cycles more peacefully.

* affirmations. remind them that they are safe here, even if they don’t fully feel it yet. safety is key to allow us to do the more difficult work of healing ourselves. it always takes time and intention, but nothing more once communication is present.
