As I sat by the port, watching boats come and go, I couldn’t help but think about how much that scene mirrors business life. Every vessel had a destination; even if the seas got rough, they kept heading toward it. It reminded me of how important it is, especially as leaders and entrepreneurs, to stay the course. Whether it’s developing new products, refining a strategy, or managing a team, there will always be turbulence. The key is not to lose sight of where you’re headed, even if you have to adjust how you get there.

00:30 – I connect that imagery to projects currently underway, like our new learning management system for JuvoHub, and the importance of steady progress despite uncertainty.
01:05 – I discuss how challenges and “rough seas” are inevitable but shouldn’t shake your commitment to your destination.
01:40 – I close with a reminder to stay focused on your purpose, make course corrections as needed, but never give up.
