During the summer, some parents worry about where their child will get food. This summer, over fifty Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools will provide breakfast and lunch to feed hungry children in our community. Last year, over 600 thousand meals were served to children in Charlotte - the impact is tremendous. We are so happy to have Cathy Beam, Executive Director of Child Nutrition, joining us to tell us more.
