Rachel Engstrom is an advocate and speaker for Leukemia and Lymphoma and the author of “Wife, Widow, Now What?”, her book about her experience being forced to deal with cancer as a wife and caregiver at 28 years old when her husband, Grayson, was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia.

In this episode, Rachel shares her story and strength to be a resource to anyone going through any illness. Her honest and raw perspective is offered as she reflects on her life and becoming a widow at the young age of 31. She shows her determination to be strong and make a difference for others and how she was able to stay afloat during a devastating time. Her book is an incredible reference for anyone going through a medical challenge or others looking to be a support. You are NOT alone.
