This podcast is for those who are in a toxic relationship and are afraid to leave. Those who are dealing with narcissists as well. I am a newly single mommy of two young boys rebuilding my life. I was in a very toxic and unhealthy marriage for 11 years- I was the codependent wife. Substance abuse was involved. I am starting this new journey and I am happy to share my story and experiences in hopes I can help and empower others be strong and uplift those who are afraid.
