Sometimes life slows us down not to stop us, but to help us see more clearly.
⸻
Quote from the Episode
"Feeling low is not the problem. Staying there is where things begin to go awry."
⸻
Description
Lately, I have been sitting with some heavier experiences, both personal and professional, that have required me to pause and look honestly at what is working and what is quietly draining me. When things pile up, it becomes easy to keep pushing forward out of habit or idealism, rather than discernment.
In this episode, I share how life often creates course correction when we avoid making necessary changes ourselves. Through the lens of yoga and Ayurveda, I explore how consistency does not prevent difficulty, but it creates stability, clears perception, and allows us to move forward with less resistance and more truth.
