So You Work in Aged Care is a new podcast launched in August 2024. After the Covid-19 pandemic, it is evident that the frontline workforce is facing additional challenges to support our elders. Tackling loneliness, isolation, low mood, managing declining clients and those with over-ambitious expectations can lead to stress, burnout and low staff morale.
