Anxiety and fear don’t usually appear all at once; they grow when we slowly drift off the path of peace. Through Scripture and personal stories, we learn that God invites us back onto that path through intentional prayer, solitude, and gratitude. By finding a place of peace, releasing our worries to God, and expressing thankfulness, we allow Him to transform our anxiety into a peace that guards our hearts and minds. Peace is practiced, not found—and Jesus is always ready to lead us back when we drift.
